Process

How we work

01

Speak to a clerk

Outline the matter and the timescale. The clerks will name counsel and quote a fee the same day.

02

Papers reviewed

Counsel confirms availability and conflicts before any fee is incurred.

03

Instructed

Advice, drafting or representation, with a clear fee basis agreed in writing first.

“The clerks found us leading counsel at two days’ notice and the fee was exactly what we were quoted.”

Instructing solicitor

The clerks are available from 8am

Urgent instructions are placed the same day, including for hearings listed the following morning.
