How we help

Five situations we handle every week

01

First-time buyers

Agreement in principle in 24 hours, and a broker who explains what the lender is actually assessing.

02

Remortgaging

We start six months before your fix ends and lock a rate you can still improve on if the market moves.

03

Self-employed and complex income

One year of accounts, contractor day rates, dividends — the cases high-street lenders decline on principle.

04

Buy to let and portfolios

Limited company structures, portfolio stress testing and lenders who understand more than three properties.

05

Protection, sized properly

Life, income and critical illness cover recommended at the level you need, not the level that pays best.

Frequently asked

Do you charge a fee?

No. We are paid a procuration fee by the lender, disclosed to you in writing before you apply.

Can you help if I am self-employed?

Yes — it is roughly a third of our cases. Several lenders on our panel will work from a single year of accounts.

How long does it take?

Agreement in principle usually within 24 hours; a full offer typically two to three weeks depending on the lender.

Will it affect my credit score?

The initial review is a soft search only. Nothing appears on your file until you agree to a full application.
