Frequently asked

How often should I have a test?

Every two years for most adults, annually over sixty, and annually for anyone with diabetes or a family history of glaucoma.

Is the OCT scan extra?

No. It is included in every examination here, which is unusual and, in our view, how it should be.

Can I use my own prescription?

Yes, if it is under two years old. We will check it before glazing and tell you if something looks off.

Do you do NHS tests?

Yes, for everyone who qualifies. The clinical examination is identical either way.
