The Barn
Oak framed, licensed for 140 seated, with doors that open the whole south wall onto the lawn.
A restored barn, a walled garden and six guest rooms, hired exclusively from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning.

The barn was built in 1780 and was storing hay until the farm was sold. Restoring it took four years and every original beam is still where it started.
We host one wedding a weekend. That means Friday setup is unhurried, Sunday collection is relaxed, and nobody else is ever on site.

Oak framed, licensed for 140 seated, with doors that open the whole south wall onto the lawn.

Ceremonies outdoors from May to September, with a covered fallback that nobody minds using.

Dining for 120 under original beams, or a dance floor once the tables are cleared.

Six double rooms for the wedding party, included in the hire, ready from two on the Friday.
Viewings run on weekday evenings, when the barn is empty and you can hear yourself think.
A date is held for fourteen days free while you check with the people who matter.
You get a venue manager from the day you book, not from the month before.
“We saw eleven venues. This was the only one where we stopped looking at the others.”
Couple, August wedding
Fridays and Sundays cost around a third less and the barn looks exactly the same.
