If you stay as the last, you win. It is such an ice battle royale where the last living penguin wins. Parts of the iceberg fall off every few seconds.

Tips

Position yourself in the middle of the remaining ice to have room to escape in any direction.
Use other penguins as shields by pushing them toward the edges first.
Move constantly to stay away from the edge as the iceberg shrinks around you.
