How to Answer Customers Without Being Online All Day

Write down every question a customer asked you last month. Almost all of it will collapse into five questions you answer over and over — usually about price, delivery, availability, returns and "do you do X?".

Answer them where they're asked

Not on a buried FAQ page. Put the delivery answer next to the delivery-relevant thing, the price answer next to the price. A separate FAQ page is where questions go to be ignored.

Answer them in the customer's words

People search and ask using their own vocabulary, not your industry's. "How long till it arrives" beats "fulfilment timelines" every time.

Then let something else answer at 11pm

Volnyn's Brain lets you drop your policies, price lists and notes in, and the assistant answers from your words instead of general knowledge — showing the exact passage it used. It works in chat, in your agents and inside your automations, so the same five questions get answered consistently whether you're awake or not.

The goal isn't to remove yourself from customer conversations. It's to stop retyping the same answer and keep your attention for the questions that actually need you.
