These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Volnyn ("Volnyn", "we", "us", or "our") and its website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Use the Services to send spam or to misuse connected third-party accounts.

4. AI Features & Connected Accounts

The Services include AI-powered features (including the Claw assistant) that may generate content and, with your authorization, connect to third-party accounts such as Google. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. Your use of connected Google data is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Credits & Payments

Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Fees are billed as described at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Volnyn and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of content you create, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volnyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
