Need a good React Developer for a Job Board Project

We are looking for an experienced React Developer to join our team and help build and enhance a dynamic and user-friendly Job Board website. This platform will serve as a central hub for employers to post jobs and for job seekers to find opportunities, and we need someone with React expertise to bring our vision to life.

Project Details:

Type of Website: Job Board / Job Portal

Key Features: User profiles, job posting, job search functionality, filtering, job application system, etc.

Design: Modern, responsive, and intuitive UI/UX that works seamlessly across devices.

Back-End: The back-end is already in development (or ready to integrate with APIs), but front-end integration will require React.

Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, efficient, and reusable components using React.

Work closely with the design team to bring wireframes and mockups into a live, functional website.

Integrate APIs for job listings, user management, and other features.

Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the front-end.

Implement unit tests and other testing procedures to ensure high-quality code.

Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration.

Requirements:

Strong experience in React.js (minimum 2-3 years preferred).

Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Knowledge of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows (e.g., npm, Webpack).

Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
