Every conversation the agent has had, from you and from its channels, to reopen or continue.

Where people reach it: its own page, WhatsApp, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or a phone line. Each channel shows whether it is live and what it still needs.

Everything its chats produced — documents, tables, images, sites — newest first.
/user/agents/{id}/insights
What it actually did: chats, the tools it used, the credits it spent and the grades it earned.

Changes the agent proposes to itself after looking back at its chats. Nothing changes until you approve.
