Profile and login

Sign in with email or with Google, Microsoft or Apple, keep your profile up to date, change your password, and control your data and privacy.

Your Volnyn account is one identity across the whole platform — chat, sites, the marketplace and the other Volnyn apps all use the same login.

Ways to sign in

Go to /login. You can sign in with any of these:

Method How it works
Continue with Google One click with your Google account. Google One Tap may also offer to sign you in.
Continue with Microsoft Your Microsoft work or personal account.
Continue with Apple Sign in with Apple.
Email and password The email and password you chose when you signed up.

Accounts are matched by email address. If you signed up with email and later click Continue with Google using the same address, you land in the same account — not a new one.

Teams on a Business plan can also sign in through their company identity provider. See Set up single sign-on (SSO).

Creating an account with email

  1. Go to /signup.
  2. Enter your full name, email and a password (at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers), then confirm it.
  3. Volnyn emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the next screen and click Verify & continue.
  4. You are signed in and taken to your workspace.

About the code:

  • It is valid for 10 minutes.
  • After 5 wrong attempts the code stops working — start the signup again to get a new one.
  • Resend code is available after a short wait, up to 5 times.

Signing up with Google, Microsoft or Apple skips the code — those providers have already verified your email.

Your profile

Open Profile at /user/profile.

Field Notes
Photo PNG, JPG or JPEG. Shown in the sidebar and account menu.
First name / Last name Required.
Username Must be unique. It also appears in your public links.
Phone, date of birth, gender Optional.
Email Shown but not editable here. See How can I change my email?

Click Save to apply. Profile changes are shared with the other Volnyn apps you use.

The Account panel

Open the account menu (your name at the bottom of the left sidebar) → Account. It shows:

  • Full name and avatar, with a sign-out button.
  • Your plan and credits — see Plans and credits.
  • Email, with Change.
  • User ID, with Copy — useful when you contact support.
  • Password, with Change.

The same settings window also holds General (light / dark / match-device theme, and dashboard language), Personalization, Mail, Data controls and more.

Changing your password

  1. Account menu → Change Password, or go to /user/change-password.
  2. Enter your current password, then the new one twice.
  3. Click Update.

If the current password does not match, nothing is changed.

Signed up with Google, Microsoft or Apple? Your account does not have a password you know. Use Forgot password on the login page to set one by email, then you can sign in either way.

Forgot your password

  1. On /login, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your account email.
  3. Open the reset link in the email and choose a new password.

Personalization

Account menu → Personalization tells the assistant who you are:

The assistant uses this to personalize responses across all tasks. Click Save.

Data and privacy

Setting Where What it does
Clear chat history Settings → Data controls Permanently deletes all your conversations. This cannot be undone.
AI training opt-out /user/privacy Turn on Do not use my content to improve AI models to exclude your chats, prompts and generated projects from any model-improvement use. It does not change how the product works for you and does not delete anything.
Delete your account /account-deletion Submit your email (and an optional reason). The request goes to the support team, and you get an email confirmation within 30 days.

Signing out

Account menu → Sign out. Signing out of Volnyn also signs you out of the connected Volnyn apps in that browser.

FAQ

I signed up with Google. Can I also log in with a password?

Yes. Use Forgot password on the login page to set a password for the same email. Both methods then open the same account.

Can I have two accounts?

Each email address is one account. Use a different email for a second account. See How can I have multiple accounts?

I didn't get the verification code.

Check spam, wait a minute and click Resend code. If the code expired (10 minutes) or you hit the attempt limit, start the signup again.

How do I change my username?

Edit it on /user/profile. It must not already be taken. See How can I change my username?

My account is suspended.
