Form submissions
Every contact, booking, inquiry and newsletter form on your AI site sends its entries to one list in your dashboard — no form service to connect.
Forms on a generated site used to be decoration. On Volnyn they work: when a visitor fills in any form on your published AI site, the entry is saved and listed for you.
What gets captured
Any form a visitor submits on your published site, for example:
- Contact forms
- Booking and appointment requests
- Quote and inquiry forms
- Newsletter sign-ups
Login and sign-up forms are the exception — those create visitor accounts instead. See Sign-ups on your site. Store orders go to Orders — see Products, payments and orders.
You do not need to set anything up. Ask for a form in chat ("Add a booking form with name, phone, date and message"), publish, and entries start arriving.
Where to see submissions
Open Form Submissions from the More hub in the chat panel or the site dashboard sidebar, or go to /user/site/submissions.
The page lists everything visitors submitted, newest first, with a total at the top. Each entry shows:

The list shows 50 entries per page. Until the first entry it says "No submissions yet".
Sending leads to your CRM
If you have linked the site to a CRM you built in Volnyn, each submission is also added there as a lead. The entry is always saved to Form Submissions first, so a CRM problem never loses a visitor's message.
Limits
To keep spam in check, a single visitor can send up to 30 submissions per hour to the same site. Very long entries are trimmed (up to 40 fields per form and 1,000 characters per field).
FAQ
Do I get an email for each submission?
Submissions are collected on the Form Submissions page. Check it regularly, or send them to a CRM.
A form on my site isn't showing up here.
Make sure the site is published and you are testing on the live address, not the editor preview. Forms with a password field are treated as sign-in forms and are not listed here.
Can I reply to a visitor from this page?
Not directly. Use the email address in the entry to reply from your own mailbox.
Is visitor data shared with anyone?
Submissions are stored with your site and shown in your dashboard. They are not published on the site or sent to third parties, apart from a CRM you linked yourself.
