Property listings
List a house, flat, plot or shop for sale or rent from chat in a couple of minutes, and browse every listing on Volnyn at
/property/all.
Volnyn Property is the platform's real-estate catalogue. Anyone can browse it. Signed-in users can list a property by answering a short form in chat — Volnyn reads your photos, suggests a price for the area, publishes the listing, and keeps it in your Space.
Listings work in any country. Prices, cities and addresses are whatever you enter.

Create a listing in chat
- Click Create Property on the catalogue (or ask the assistant to list a property). Chat opens with a List your property card.
- Choose For Sale or For Rent.
- Work through the steps. Each step has Next, Back and — for optional fields — Skip.

- Click Review, check the summary, and click Publish listing.
The listing goes live straight away. The chat card changes to Your published listing with a link to it in your Library.
The price suggestion and photo reading are starting points. Always check them before you publish.
Asking the assistant directly
You can also describe the property in plain words — "list my 2-bed flat in the city centre for rent at 1,200 a month" — and the assistant uses its create_property_listing tool. It collects the required details (title, sale or rent, price, location, city, and your contact name and email), confirms them with you, then creates the listing.
Manage your listings
Open Space and choose the Properties filter to see every listing you own.

Browse listings
The catalogue at /property/all shows each listing's photo, price, city and key facts. Rental prices show their period (per night, day, week, month or year).

A listing page
- A photo gallery (Show all photos).
- Property details — bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, area and price per square foot.
- About this property, Highlights and The neighbourhood.
- A map. The marker shows the approximate area, not the exact address.
- Similar properties.
- Listing ID, the date it was listed, and its status.
If a listing arrives without a description, Volnyn AI writes one from its facts and marks it Written by Volnyn AI. The owner can edit it at any time — their own words are never replaced.
Contact an owner
On a listing, click Message the owner or Request a visit. Both open Messages, where you can ask questions and arrange a viewing. The owner replies in chat.
Signed out? The button reads Log in to enquire.
Tips
- Start with photos. They are the first step because they fill in most of the form for you.
- Pick the Google suggestion. Selecting a suggested address places the listing on the map and powers the price suggestion.
- Write a title buyers would search for. Bedrooms, type and one standout feature ("with garden", "sea view").
- Add a phone number if you prefer calls to messages.
FAQ
Does my listing need approval? No. Listings created from chat are published immediately.
Is it free to list a property? Nothing in the listing flow charges you. Contact happens through Messages.
Can I list property outside my country? Yes. Listings are not tied to a region — use the address and city where the property is.
How do I take a listing down? Delete it from Space → Properties.
Why is the map marker not on my exact address? The public map shows the approximate area to protect the owner's privacy.
Can I change a listing from sale to rent? Create a new listing with the other type, then delete the old one.
