Managing your AI site
Every AI-built site comes with a dashboard: pages and sections, sign-ups, orders, form submissions, SEO, monitoring, security and more — reachable from the chat without leaving your conversation.
Building the site is the start. Once it is live, visitors sign up, fill in forms and place orders, and you need somewhere to see all of that. Volnyn gives every AI site a set of management tools, and they all work on the site you have open.
Where to find the tools
From the chat
When an AI site is open in the side panel of the chat, click the More button in the panel's toolbar. The More hub opens over the preview:
- The left rail lists every management page below. Click one and it loads right in the panel, so you manage the site without leaving the conversation.
- Under This site you also get Refresh, Settings and Plugins for the open site.
Switch back to the preview with the toolbar, or close the hub with ×.
From the site dashboard
The same pages are in the site dashboard's left sidebar (for example Website Pages, Users, Orders and Form Submissions), at the addresses listed below.
The tools act on your current site. If you have several sites, switch to the one you want first. A page that says "Not available for this site" means the current site was not built with AI.

Website pages
Website Pages (/user/site/ai-pages) shows what is actually published and lets you make quick changes to the live site without a rebuild.
Website sections
Most AI sites are single-page apps: all the content lives on one page, so sections are how you manage it.
- Click a section to preview it.
- Click the eye to hide or show it on your live site. Hidden sections are marked Hidden.
Hiding is fully reversible — the section is still in the site, just not shown.
Your website pages
If the published site has several pages, they are listed here with View and Delete. The home page is marked Required and cannot be deleted. Deleting a page removes it from the live site straight away and cannot be undone.
Hiding a section or deleting a page changes your live site immediately. If you later rebuild or republish from the AI editor, those changes may be regenerated. For permanent changes, ask for them in chat — see Editing your site with chat.
If the page says "No published pages yet", publish the site from the AI editor first.
FAQ
Do I need to rebuild after changing something in the dashboard?
No for most things. Section visibility, page deletion, the SEO listing, the site icon, the access password, the palette override, analytics IDs and your product catalogue all apply to the live site right away. Changes to the design, layout or content of the site itself go through chat.
Why does a page say "Not available for this site"?
The current site is not an AI-built site. Switch to your AI site, or open these tools from the chat panel while the AI site is open.
