Find a person to hire, browse ready-made services, or post a job and let freelancers send you proposals — all under /services, with the same Volnyn login.

The freelancer marketplace is where Volnyn users hire each other. It has three sides:

• Services — ready-made offers with a fixed price you can book or order right away.
• Talents — the people behind those services, with their profiles and rates.
• Jobs — work a client describes and freelancers bid on with proposals.

It all lives under /services. Your Volnyn account works here automatically; there is no separate sign-up.

Browsing is public. Signing in is needed to message, book, order, post a job or send a proposal.

The catalogue at /services/all shows every live service as a card with a photo, title, seller and starting price.

Hire someone, or let Volnyn AI do it

When you pick a category, Volnyn asks How do you want this done?

• Browse services — see who offers this and pick a person yourself.
• Let Volnyn AI do it — describe the job, tap any options that apply, and the assistant starts on it in chat right away.

The second path is useful for work the assistant can do itself, such as building a website, writing copy or auditing SEO. The dialog suggests options that fit the category (for a website: kind of site and pages; for an app: platform and must-have features).

A service page

Open a card to see the full listing:

• Photos, About this service, and Packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) with price, delivery time and revisions. Compare packages shows them side by side.
• About the seller, Reviews, Other services by this seller and Similar services.
• The action for that kind of service: Book appointment for bookings, Order now for delivered work.
• Message — start a conversation with the seller before you commit.

Browse freelancers (Talents)

/services/talents/all lists people rather than listings. Each card shows the freelancer's name, headline, hourly rate (shown as /hr), how long they have been on Volnyn and how many services they sell.

• Switch between Talents and Top rated.
• Search freelancers… by name or skill.
• Sort by Most services among others.
• Open a card for their Profile (About, What they sell) and See all their services.

Jobs and proposals

Jobs work the other way round: the client describes the work, and freelancers bid.

Post a job (clients)

1. Go to your client area and create a job (/services/client/job/create). An AI helper can draft the job text for you.
2. Choose fixed price or hourly, set the budget, and publish.
3. Your job appears at /services/jobs/all for freelancers to find.

You can Close Job at any time — it stops being public and no new proposals come in — and Open Job again later.

Review proposals

Open the job from your client area to see its Proposals. For each one you can:

Proposals are grouped by stage — Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered, Hired, Rejected — and the job keeps an Activities history.

Send a proposal (freelancers)

1. Find a job at /services/jobs/all (filter by category, sub-category or skill).
2. Open it and fill in the proposal:

3. Send it. You can send one proposal per job.

If the marketplace runs seller subscriptions, sending proposals uses your subscription's allowance. Suspended accounts cannot send proposals.

Your freelancer profile

Your profile is what buyers read before they hire you. Set it up in chat:

1. In Space → Services, click New service (or Offer a service on the catalogue).
2. Choose My profile.
3. Fill in your name, a short bio (at least 40 characters), your top skills, and optionally your hourly rate, experience level (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert), languages and a profile photo. Skills are suggested from your bio — tap to add.
4. Save.

If you already have a profile, the form loads what you have so you only change what you need. On your own listing page you can also click Edit profile.

Messages

Every Message button — on a service, a profile or a proposal — opens a conversation in Volnyn Messages. Bookings and orders post their details into the same thread, so a whole job lives in one conversation.

Tips

• Message before you order when the brief is unusual. Sellers would rather agree scope first.
• Use Top rated to shortlist quickly, then compare packages.
• Post a job when nothing in the catalogue fits — let freelancers come to you.
• Write a real cover letter. Proposals are short by design; say what you will deliver and when.

FAQ

Do I need a separate freelancer account? No. Signing in to Volnyn signs you in to the marketplace. Your account is matched by email.

What is the difference between a service and a job? A service is a fixed offer a seller publishes. A job is a request a client publishes, and freelancers send proposals to it.

How do I pay a freelancer I hired from a job? Accepting a proposal opens a payment window with any transaction fee and your wallet balance. Confirm with Order Now; the payment is held until you approve the delivery.

Can I be both a client and a freelancer? Yes. The same account can post jobs, buy services and sell services.

Where do my jobs and orders show up? Jobs you posted are in your client area under /services/client/job/all. Orders appear in your client and seller areas, and delivered-work orders also appear in Space → Services.
