SEO and search listing
Control how your AI site looks in Google and when its link is shared, then run a check that scores it for search engines and AI assistants.
People find sites two ways now: search engines, and AI assistants that answer questions by reading the web. The SEO page covers both — what your site says about itself, and whether crawlers can read it.
Open SEO from the More hub in the chat panel, or go to /user/site/seo. It works on a published AI-built site; see Publish your Volnyn site first if yours is not live yet.
How your site appears
The top of the page is your search listing — the text and image people see before they click.

Click Save. Changes go live immediately — no rebuild. Volnyn applies them to your site every time a page is served.
Next to the fields you see two previews: Google (how the result looks in search) and Shared link (how the link card looks in a chat app). The Google preview is last fetched from your live site, so it reflects what crawlers actually see.

Website icon
Website icon sets the small icon in the browser tab (the favicon). Upload a PNG, ICO, SVG, JPG or WEBP up to 1 MB. Like the listing, it is applied without a rebuild.

Run check fetches your live site and scores it out of 100 for the things search engines and AI assistants actually read.

Each check shows pass, warning or fail with a short explanation. The score weights the checks by importance, and a warning counts as half a pass. The page keeps your Last check and Score so you can compare after fixing things.
To fix a failed check, ask in chat — for example "Add structured data for my business and alt text to all images." Then publish again and click Run check again.
Re-run the check after you connect a custom domain, since it audits whichever address the site is live on.

FAQ
Do I need to rebuild after saving the listing?
No. Title, description, share image, noindex and the website icon are applied when the page is served, so Save is live straight away.
Why can't I run the check?
The site must be published — the check audits the live URL. Publish it first.
I turned on "Hide this site from search engines". Is my site private now?
No. It only asks search engines not to index it. Anyone with the link can still open it. To restrict visitors, use a password in Access & Design — see Publish.
My score is low because of robots.txt or sitemap.xml.
Ask the assistant in chat to add them, then publish again and re-run the check.
Does the SEO page cost credits?
Saving the listing and running the check do not. Asking the assistant to write copy or fix issues is a normal chat or edit and uses credits. See Plans and credits.
