Portfolio, gallery and team

Show off your work and your people. Manage portfolio projects, a photo and video gallery, services, team members, testimonials, FAQs, skills, work experience, training, and job openings.

These tools fill the content sections of template sites — the parts that tell visitors who you are, what you do, and why they should trust you. Which sections appear depends on your theme; see Pages, menus and sections to show, hide, and reorder them.

Most pages take a ?language= code, for example /user/portfolios?language=en. Add content in each language your site offers.

Where to find everything

Serial numbers set the order everywhere on this page. Lower numbers show first.

Portfolio

Show the projects you've done.

1. Open Portfolio categories and add groups such as "Branding" or "Web design."
2. Open Portfolios and click Add Portfolio.
3. Fill in:
   • Title, Category, and Content (the project story)
   • Thumbnail and Slider Images
   • Client Name, Start Date, and Submission Date
   • Website Link — a link to the finished work
   • Status — In Progress or Completed
   • Featured — show it in your theme's featured portfolio section
   • Meta Keywords / Meta Description for search engines
   • Serial Number
4. Click Submit.

Gallery

A gallery of photos and videos, optionally grouped into categories.

1. In Gallery settings, choose whether to use gallery categories (Active) or show one flat gallery (Deactive).
2. If you use categories, add them under Gallery categories with a name, status, and serial number.
3. Open Gallery items and click Add Item. Choose the Item Type:
   • Image — upload a photo.
   • Video — paste a video link. The link is formatted automatically when you save.
4. Add a Title, Category (if used), and Serial Number. Mark items as Featured to show them on the home page.

Services

List what you offer.

1. Open Services and click Add Service.
2. Enter a Name, an Image, a Service Icon (click the dropdown to pick one), the Content, and a Serial Number.
3. Set Detail Page to Enable if the service should have its own page, and Featured to show it on the home page.
4. Add Meta Keywords / Meta Description for the detail page.

Team

1. Open Team (/user/team_section).
2. Set the section's Title, Subtitle, and Background Image for each language.
3. Click Add Member and enter the member's Name, Rank (job title), Image, and their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn links.
4. Mark members as Featured to show them on the home page.

Testimonials

There are two testimonial lists. Your theme decides which one it shows.

• Testimonials (/user/testimonials) — the main list. Each has a Name, Occupation, Feedback, Image, Publish Date, and Serial Number.
• About Us testimonials (/user/testimonials_management) — used on the About Us page. Each has a Name, Designation, Comment, Rating, Image (about 50 × 70), and an accent Color.

About Us page and counters

• About Us (/user/about_us_management) — a title, subtitle, image (about 720 × 550), and a button with text and URL. Add Features below it, each with an icon, title, description, color, and display order.
• Counters (/user/counters_management) — the numbers band, such as "250+ clients." Set a section title and subtitle, then Add Counter with an amount, title, icon, and color.

The home page Counter Information block is set separately at /user/counter-informations on plans that include Counter Information.

FAQ

1. Open FAQ (/user/faq_management) and click Add FAQ.
2. Enter the Question, Answer, and Serial Number.
3. Mark it Featured to show it on the home page.

Personal profile: skills, experience, training, and CV

These are built for personal and resume-style themes.

Careers

List job openings on a careers page.

1. Open Job categories (/user/jcategorys) and add categories such as "Engineering" or "Sales."
2. Open Post Job (/user/job/create) and fill in:
   • Title, Category, Vacancy (number of openings)
   • Employment Status — for example full-time or part-time; separate several with commas
   • Job Location, Salary, and Experience in Years
   • Application Deadline
   • Job Responsibilities, Educational Requirements, Experience Requirements, Additional Requirements, and Benefits
   • Read Before Apply — instructions for applicants
   • Email — where applicants send their CVs
   • Meta Keywords / Meta Description
3. Click Submit. Manage postings from Jobs (/user/jobs).

Tips

• Use your best three to six projects as Featured portfolio items. Quality beats quantity.
• Ask clients for permission and a photo before you publish a testimonial.
• Keep gallery images the same shape so the grid looks tidy.
• Set a realistic Application Deadline and delete postings once they're filled, so visitors only see open roles.

FAQ

Why doesn't my team, services, or portfolio show on my site? Check three things: your plan includes the feature, the section is turned on in Sections Hide/Show (/user/sections), and you added content in the language you're viewing.

Which testimonials does my site show? It depends on your theme. Portfolio and business themes use Testimonials; the About Us page uses About Us testimonials.

How do applicants apply for a job? They send their CV to the Email you set on the job posting.
