Space and recents
Space is the one place to find everything you've made with Volnyn — images, videos, decks, sheets, sites, games and scheduled reports. Recents is a smaller panel inside chat that keeps your latest images and videos, and your uploads, within reach while you work.

Space
Open Space from the left sidebar, or go to /user/space.
Items are grouped under Today, Yesterday and Earlier. Switch between Grid and List view, and use Search files to find something by name.
Filters
Use the filter menu to show one kind of item:

To link straight to a filter, add ?category= to the address — for example /user/space?category=images.
My favorites shows only the items you've starred. Space favourites are remembered in this browser, so they won't follow you to another device.
Item actions
Each card has a ⋯ menu. What's in it depends on the item:

Deleting asks you to confirm and cannot be undone. Deleting a site asks "Delete this site?".
Services dashboard
If you sell services through Volnyn, choosing Services turns Space into a seller dashboard with four tabs:

| Earnings | Total order value, platform commission, what you earned, and your wallet balance. |
To deliver work, click Deliver, attach the file (up to 20 MB — zip several files together) and add a note for the buyer (up to 300 characters).
Edit profile at the top of Space edits your public service-provider profile in chat.
Recents in chat
Recents sits on the right of the chat while you're working with images or video.
- In video work it opens by itself.
- In image work, click Recents in the chat header to open it.
The panel shows images when you're making images and videos when you're making video.
Tabs and folders

| Folders | Filter by folder, show items with No folder, create a + New folder, or delete a folder. Deleting a folder moves its items back out; nothing is deleted. |
Hover a tile to Add to favorites or Move to folder. Load more shows older items.
Use an item
Click an image to attach it to the composer, ready to edit or animate. Other items open in a new tab.
Upload
Drop files onto Drop files or click to upload, or click it to browse. You can upload several at once, up to 64 MB each:
- Images: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
- Video: MP4, WebM, MOV
- Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG
Recents only lists images and videos, so uploaded audio and PDFs won't appear in the panel.
Tips
- Name things when you make them. Search in Space matches titles, and "Bakery hero v2" is easier to find than "Untitled".
- Use folders in Recents for campaign assets you keep reusing.
- Download what you need to keep. Deleting from Space is permanent.
FAQ
Where is a video I just made?
In Space under Videos, in the AI Videos library (/user/ai-videos), and in Recents while you're in video work.
Why don't I see my site in Space? Sites show once their build has finished or they've been published.
My favourites disappeared. Space favourites are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, or using another device, resets them. Recents favourites are saved to your account.
Can I delete a game from Space? Not from Space at the moment. Games have no actions in their menu yet.
Where are my scheduled task reports? In Space under Scheduled, and in each run's chat.
